User Account & Platform Access

1. Account Creation: To access certain features of gamersuppsusdepot.com (the “Platform”), including order history tracking and saved shipping addresses, you may create a user account by providing accurate, current, and complete personal information. • Manipulate or falsify order information, including for fraudulent purposes;
• Impersonate another person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
• Use the Platform to collect or harvest personal information of other users;
• Violate any intellectual property rights of the Platform or third parties (as outlined in Section 3).

Intellectual Property Rights

1. All content on the Platform, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, brand names (including GG®), graphics, text, and software, is the exclusive intellectual property of gamersuppsusdepot.com or its licensed third-party providers. All intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, patent, and trade secret rights) are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws.
2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent. You may download or print limited amounts of content for your personal, non-commercial use only, provided you retain all copyright and trademark notices on the content.
3. The GG® brand name, logo, and product formulations are exclusive trademarks and trade secrets of the Platform. You may not use the GG® brand or any associated trademarks in any way without our prior written consent, including for commercial or promotional purposes.
4. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content on the Platform, please contact our press team via the official email address to submit a formal infringement notice.

Limitation of Liability

1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gamersuppsusdepot.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or purchase of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, lost gaming time, or damage to gaming equipment.
2. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to the Platform or your purchases shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or order that is the subject of the claim (in USD).
3. We shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures in the operation of the Platform caused by third-party services, internet outages, technical issues, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
4. This limitation of liability applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other legal theory, and applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Changes to These Terms

1. We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms of Use at any time, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice. All changes will be posted on the Platform, and the revised terms will take effect immediately upon posting.
2. Your continued use of the Platform after the posting of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and cancel your user account (if applicable).
