Order Placement & Confirmation


By placing an order on gamersuppsusdepot.com (the “Platform”), you confirm that you are of legal age to enter into a binding purchase agreement and that all information you provide at checkout is accurate, complete, and current. Placing an order constitutes your offer to purchase the selected products (gaming energy supplements, Waifu Cups, and related nutrition products) at the listed prices (in USD). The Platform will send an automated order confirmation email to your provided email address immediately upon payment submission—this email is a confirmation of order receipt, not a formal acceptance of your offer.   3. All shipping costs are covered by the Platform (100% free shipping), and no shipping fees are added to any order total—this is a permanent term of purchase for all customers worldwide.

Payment Terms

Order Modification & Cancellation

Product Delivery

Delivery is estimated to take 6-12 business days worldwide, and we will provide a tracking number and shipping confirmation email once your order departs our fulfillment center.
  2. The Platform is responsible for processing and shipping your order in a timely manner; we are not liable for delays in delivery caused by third-party couriers, customs processing, incorrect address information provided by you, or unforeseen logistical events (e.g., natural disasters, regional shipping disruptions).
  3. It is your sole responsibility to provide a valid, deliverable shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an invalid address, we will re-ship the order free of charge (per our free shipping policy) once you confirm the correct address, with the same 6-12 business day delivery timeline.

Product Returns & Exchanges

By placing an order, you agree to abide by the 60-day return eligibility criteria, free return policy, and refund timelines outlined in the Refund Policy. The Platform does not offer direct product exchanges—if you wish to exchange a product, you must initiate a return for a full refund and place a new order for the desired product.

Title & Risk of Loss


Title to the products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the courier at our fulfillment center. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to you upon delivery of the products to the designated shipping address (or to your authorized representative at that address). The Platform is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of products during transit, and you must file a claim with the courier for any such issues (we will provide all necessary documentation to support your claim).
